Deschenaux, Hornblower & Partners Fees

1) Hourly Fees

Generally, our fees for services are calculated based upon the following applicable hourly rates for the
non-bar lawyers, legal assistants and interns who do the work.

2) For these services, Deschenaux, Hornblower & Partners charges the following standard rates:

• For the formation of an Association CHF 2’500
• For the registration of the Association in the Geneva Commercial Register CHF 500
• For the domiciliation of the Association at our offices in Geneva CHF 500 per month
• For the formation of a Charitable Foundation CHF 5’000

3) Other Fee Arrangements:

On occasion, and by specific agreement, we may agree to a fee arrangement other than an hourly fee,
such as a fixed fee for a specifically defined project or a contingent fee for a contractual or financial
operation. Our firm will provide you with a personnalized fee arrangement depending on your situation
and on the case we have to deal with.
